We propose and demonstrate a new simultaneous optical radio frequency (RF) transmission scheme using phase stabilization combined with conjugate technology. The acousto-optical modulator (AOM) is used as actuator to compensate the noise introduced by fiber link, electro-optical (EOM) modulate two carrier sidebands simultaneously stabilize RF novelty that forward backward RFs are distinguished AOMs in standard transfer avoid backscattering without WDM, so link more symmetric, reducing degradation of stability due polarization fluctuation chromatic dispersion thermal sensitivity. experimentally 193.4 THz 1.2 $ \times $ 10 −17 at integral time 1 s 3.3 xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">−19 10000 s, GHz 7 xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">−13 3 xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">−16 over 50.4 km spools.
